Head of Procurement

The Company is seeking a Head of Procurement to join their team. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and delivering the procurement and supplier management strategy, leading high-performing teams, and driving best practices across various procurement functions. This role is pivotal in supporting operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and ESG objectives, and the Head of Procurement will be expected to influence senior executives and Board stakeholders on a range of procurement, risk, and commercial decisions. Applicants for the Head of Procurement position at the company should have significant experience in procurement leadership within a regulated environment, with a strong background in procurement, outsourcing, supplier management, and commercial contracting. The role requires expertise in third-party risk, operational resilience, and regulatory governance, as well as a proven track record in leading transformation, change, and high-performing teams. Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and a strategic mindset with the ability to influence at the executive and Board level are essential. A CIPS qualification or equivalent is desirable.
