Head of Academy

The Company is seeking a Head of Academy to drive the development and expansion of a global enablement capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing the Academy's strategy, transforming it into a scalable function, and establishing standards and frameworks to support the company's international growth. This role involves leading the professionalization of the trainer organization, developing digital content and virtual facilitation skills, and ensuring close alignment with product and engineering teams to keep training and certification programs current. The Head of Academy will also be tasked with developing the commercial potential of the Academy, shaping training offerings, and managing capacity and demand. Candidates for the Head of Academy position should have a proven track record in building and scaling an Academy or similar function, with a strong background in enterprise software environments. Experience in leading operational transformation, developing teams, and a strong commercial mindset are essential. The role requires excellent stakeholder management skills, the ability to bridge technical and commercial teams, and fluency in English, with a preference for Dutch. The ideal candidate will have a background in professional services, technical consulting, customer success, or technical enablement, and experience working with implementation partners to develop certification frameworks. The Head of Academy will play a pivotal role in the company's growth, making knowledge transfer more scalable, and strengthening implementation quality and customer independence.
