The Company is seeking a Vice President, Implementation Manager to lead client implementations across trade finance and related services, guiding projects from discovery through go-live. The role includes clarifying client requirements, translating them into practical delivery strategies, and documenting scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and responsibilities. The successful candidate will maintain alignment and governance among clients, internal teams, and external partners, while managing risks, resolving blockers, and improving delivery processes. They will also coordinate stakeholders to keep implementations on schedule and aligned with business objectives. Candidates should have strong knowledge of trade solutions or comparable industry expertise, along with demonstrated experience in technical integration and project management in complex client environments.
