Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its Senior Management Team. This pivotal role demands a seasoned finance leader with a strong commercial focus, capable of providing strategic influence across financial performance, commercial decision-making, governance, and future growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing the finance and loss prevention teams, delivering clear financial leadership, and ensuring robust financial control. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, maintaining strong financial governance, and partnering with senior leaders to enhance commercial decision-making. The role also involves driving continuous improvement in finance processes and team performance. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be qualified finance professionals with at least 10 years' post-qualification experience, preferably in a retail, FMCG, or complex operational environment. The role requires executive-level strategic and financial leadership experience, strong commercial acumen, and a proven ability to lead change. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be adept at building relationships, and have a hands-on, adaptable approach to leadership.
