Regional Vice President of Operations Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President (RVP) to lead and scale a portfolio of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service businesses within a designated geographic region. The RVP will be responsible for the regional financial performance, operational excellence, customer experience, and talent development across multiple branch locations. This executive leadership role demands a proven operator with significant multi-location leadership experience in the home services industry, particularly in the areas of disciplined execution, people development, and data-driven decision-making. The successful candidate will be tasked with driving revenue growth, EBITDA expansion, and market share gains, as well as ensuring operational consistency and the successful integration of acquisitions while maintaining the desired company culture. Key responsibilities for the RVP include regional P&L leadership, operational and sales excellence, leadership and talent development, growth and market expansion, customer experience and quality, and compliance and risk management. The role requires a candidate with a minimum of 10 years' progressive leadership experience, 5 years' direct P&L ownership, and a strong background in managing financial performance across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a track record of integrating acquisitions, driving post-acquisition performance, and a strong financial acumen. They should also be adept at influencing organizational change, driving accountability, and be willing to travel extensively within the region. Preferred experience includes a background in large residential service providers, private equity-backed platforms, and a history of leading organizations through rapid growth and operational transformation.
