Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance to provide strategic leadership and financial stewardship across the organization. The role oversees finance, treasury, capital planning, supply chain, revenue cycle, health information management, materials management, and investment management. Working with executive, clinical, operational, and governance leaders, the VP evaluates financial and operational impacts, develops analyses and financial plans, and supports strategic initiatives, service-line development, and growth. The position also leads forecasting and performance measurement, promotes accountability and continuous improvement, and provides recommendations to advance organizational priorities and high-quality care. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, or healthcare administration, along with a master’s degree in business administration or finance, unless they hold a CPA license. A CPA license is required for candidates without a master’s degree. Applicants must bring at least seven years of progressive healthcare financial management experience, including three years at the executive level. Strong revenue cycle oversight experience is essential.
