Vice President, Accounting Advisory

The Company is seeking a Vice President for an Accounting Advisory role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and supporting end-to-end client engagements in core controllership and finance operations. This includes activities such as procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, and record-to-report. The role also involves managing or contributing to engagement teams that advise clients on various situational needs, including first-time audit readiness, transactional accounting for acquisitions, divestitures, IPOs, and debt transactions, as well as complex technical accounting. The VP will be expected to conduct and oversee detailed financial analysis, execute diligence, and provide technical and strategic accounting guidance in line with various standards. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree or professional certification preferred. An active CPA license is required. The ideal candidate will have at least six years' of experience in financial consulting, advisory services, or audit, particularly in transaction-driven, capital markets, or private equity-backed environments. A deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles, financial reporting, and experience in advising on complex technical matters is essential. Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and the ability to connect technical conclusions to operational outcomes is also a key requirement. The role demands a leader who can provide clear, data-driven insights, and is adept at developing and implementing scalable finance processes to improve client reporting.
