Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Greater Cleveland, OH Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director, who is also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA), to lead one of its long-term care facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership to all staff, ensuring that care standards are met, and that the highest quality of resident care is delivered at all times. This role requires the ability to function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor, with a focus on supporting and celebrating the successes of the team. The Executive Director will have the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center. Applicants for the Executive Director position must meet all state requirements for a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, hold a currently valid LNHA license in the state, and have at least two years of management experience with a minimum of an AIT internship completed.
