Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to serve as its President and CEO, with a primary focus on advancing the organization's mission to support homeless adults in their transition to stability and permanent housing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing visionary, mission-centered leadership, and will be accountable for the overall strategic, operational, and financial management of the organization. This includes overseeing the performance and continuous improvement of various client-centered services, such as shelter operations, case management, workforce development, and healthcare access. The CEO will also be tasked with strengthening the organization's public reputation, and mission impact, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both clients and staff. The ideal CEO for the company will have a Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field and at least 10 years of management experience, with a proven track record in executive leadership, organizational development, and financial stewardship. Experience in a mission-intensive sector, particularly in areas related to homelessness, housing, or vulnerable populations, is highly valued. The role requires a leader with strong external relations and political acumen, capable of building and maintaining productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. The CEO must be a credible public voice on homelessness, a strategic thinker, and a values-driven leader who can inspire trust, accountability, and collaboration. Key competencies include mission commitment, client focus, relationship building, strategic agility, and a results-oriented approach to decision-making.
