Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be tasked with leading a structured finance organization, overseeing the administrative and financial activities across various legal entities and business divisions. This pivotal role demands a professional with a Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, or a related field, and a minimum of 8-10 years' experience in finance, accounting, or tax functions. The Head of Finance will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and effectiveness of accounting, tax, reporting, and compliance processes, as well as supporting the organization's evolution in a multi-company environment. Key responsibilities include financial reporting and consolidation, team leadership, planning, reporting, business support, process improvement, and M&A activities. The ideal candidate for the Head of Finance position at the company will possess a strong technical background, particularly in corporate taxation, VAT regulations, and tax compliance matters. Experience in statutory and consolidated financial reporting, as well as a good understanding of OIC accounting principles and familiarity with IFRS, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing complex organizational environments, strong SAP knowledge, and advanced Excel proficiency. Soft skills such as strong leadership, excellent organizational and prioritization skills, a high level of accountability, and a continuous improvement orientation are also crucial. The Head of Finance will be expected to drive process improvement initiatives, promote automation and digitalization projects, and support ERP implementation and integration.
