Vice President of Safety & Risk, Light Industrial Staffing

The Company is seeking a VP of Safety and Risk for its light industrial staffing division. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing risk management strategies specific to the industrial staffing environment. This role involves leading process improvement initiatives, conducting safety assessments, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and safety laws. The VP will also be instrumental in partnering with clients to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks. Applicants must have extensive experience in risk management within industries such as manufacturing, 3PL, staffing, or security services, and possess a strong knowledge of state and federal safety OSHA regulations. The ideal candidate is meticulous, personable, and action-oriented, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and profitability through effective risk management. Experience in self-insured environments is preferred.
