The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a focus on Digital and AI to play a pivotal role in defining and leading the Group's technology, digital, and AI strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the long-term technology vision and translating it into a strategic roadmap that is in line with the company's business strategy and growth ambitions. This Group-level leadership position demands a strategic, commercially minded, technology-driven, and value-oriented individual who can leverage technology, data, and AI to build a competitive advantage, accelerate growth, and enhance customer and patient impact. Key responsibilities for the CTO include setting the Group's technology vision, enterprise architecture principles, and strategic priorities, as well as establishing technology investment principles and governance. The role also involves leading digital transformation initiatives, driving process optimization, and providing strategic oversight of cybersecurity, data governance, and technology risk. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with over 15 years of senior technology leadership experience, and a proven track record in executing technology, digital, and AI strategies across multiple business entities. A solid understanding of AI, data, digital platforms, and emerging technologies, coupled with the ability to translate them into business value, is essential. The CTO will be expected to ensure responsible AI governance and practices across all AI initiatives and to build a future-ready technology organization that supports the Group's transformation and growth.
