Vice President for Enrollment Management

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Enrollment Management (VPEM) to join its senior leadership team. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and innovative leader, responsible for the recruitment and enrollment of both traditional in-person and online students. This role is pivotal in the company's efforts to adapt to the evolving higher education landscape and ensure sustained strength and success. The VPEM will oversee the offices of Admission and Financial Aid, with a key focus on evaluating and enhancing the functionality of the company's one-stop center, and will lead initiatives to grow traditional undergraduate enrollment and expand online student offerings. Applicants for the VPEM position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree (Master’s encouraged) and a minimum of 5 years' professional experience in higher education, including at least 3 years in a director-level role. The role requires a leader with a proven track record of using innovative strategies to boost university enrollment. The ideal candidate will be adept at creating a seamless and aligned student experience across enrollment services, and will be instrumental in the company's transition and growth within the higher education sector. The VPEM will work closely with the President and other senior leaders to position the company for success in a competitive and changing educational environment.
