Head of Operations

The Company is in search of a Head of Operations with a strong background in precision electronics manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing production, quality, and new product development activities to meet business and customer objectives. This role demands a seasoned manufacturing leader who can drive operational excellence, process optimization, and automation initiatives within a high-volume, technology-driven environment. Key responsibilities include managing quality systems, ensuring compliance with international manufacturing standards, and leading automation projects to enhance productivity and efficiency. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with supporting customer audits, technical reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing teams. Applicants for the Head of Operations position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in precision electronics, FPCB, PCB, or related manufacturing environments. A strong knowledge of wet chemical processes, process control, yield improvement, and manufacturing operations is essential. The role requires proven experience in leading production and quality functions in multinational manufacturing organizations, as well as hands-on experience with automation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence programs.
