Assistant Vice President, Corporate Responsibility & Foundation

The Company is seeking an Assistant Vice President for its Corporate Responsibility and Foundation team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the development and delivery of the company's corporate responsibility strategy, philanthropic initiatives, and community partnerships. This role involves managing the governance and operations of the foundation, as well as supporting activities that create a positive and sustainable impact on the community. Key responsibilities include the facilitation of flagship programs, maintenance of strong governance, management of charitable programs and strategic partnerships, and the development of relationships with various stakeholders. The role also requires the identification of opportunities for operational effectiveness and the facilitation of strategic communications around sustainability initiatives. Applicants should have a university degree in a relevant discipline and approximately 6-8 years' of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, philanthropy, or related fields. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in developing and maintaining strategic partnerships, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities in English and Chinese.
