Head of Wellness Strategy & Operation

The Company is seeking a Head of Wellness Strategy and Operation to lead the development and implementation of global wellness frameworks. The successful candidate will be responsible for formulating and evolving comprehensive wellness strategies that encompass physical, mental, and preventative health initiatives. This role requires a strong focus on value proposition alignment, ensuring that wellness is a core pillar of the brand or company culture. The Head of Wellness will also be tasked with monitoring industry trends and research to introduce innovative and cutting-edge programs. Operational excellence is a key aspect of the role, involving the management of daily operations, establishment of standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and safety benchmarks. The Head of Wellness will also be accountable for the financial and commercial performance of wellness programs, including P&L management, driving revenue goals, and optimizing operational costs. Partner and stakeholder management is essential, as the role involves selecting and managing external vendors, as well as collaborating with internal teams to integrate wellness programs into the corporate ecosystem. Applicants for the Head of Wellness Strategy and Operation position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree and have a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience, preferably in the healthcare or insurance industry. The role requires fluency in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic leadership, operational governance, and financial management within a wellness or related sector. Strong skills in innovation, research, and performance tracking are also essential, as is the ability to effectively manage partners, stakeholders, and high-level client interactions.
