Vice President, Implementation, Supply Chain Finance & Factoring

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Implementation in Supply Chain Finance and Factoring. The successful candidate will be a key member of the team, responsible for developing and executing implementation plans in collaboration with Anchor clients. This role involves managing system integration projects, leading the onboarding process for both Anchor and Spoke customers, and overseeing the submission and maintenance of legal and system documentation. The VP will also be tasked with user setup and administration, providing training, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to facilitate program parameter setup. End-to-end testing, pilot runs, and successful go-live activities with clients are also part of the VP's responsibilities. Applicants for the Vice President position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, implementation, or product management within the transaction banking sector. Strong expertise in supply chain finance and open account trade, including an understanding of relevant solutions, underwriting frameworks, and platform capabilities, is essential. The role requires a proven track record in managing complex implementation and integration projects, as well as excellent stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese is a must, with a focus on strong exposure to corporate clients in Hong Kong and Mainland China.
