Vice President, Investment Product & Distribution

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Investment Product and Distribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Head of Investment Products and Distribution in implementing investment fund product strategies and growing the bank's investment fund business. This includes developing and executing fund product strategies, identifying market trends, and driving initiatives to increase fund penetration and client engagement. The role also involves leading the fund selection and onboarding process, maintaining a competitive fund shelf, and ensuring robust product governance and risk management. Applicants should be university graduates in finance, business, economics, or related disciplines, with a CFA being a definite advantage. A minimum of 8 years' of relevant experience in investment funds is required, with a strong background in product strategy, development, due diligence, governance, and distribution. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of regulatory requirements, product governance, and suitability, and be adept at leveraging digital platforms to enhance the client and relationship manager experience. Strong commercial acumen, a track record of growing investment fund revenue, and the ability to build effective relationships across functions are essential. The role demands a transformation-oriented individual who can streamline processes and improve operational efficiency while maintaining robust controls.
