Vice President, Team Lead, Consumer Banking Group Analytics, Investment Product & Advisory Greater Hong Kong Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Team Lead for Consumer Banking Group Analytics in the Investment Product and Advisory space. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a team of data professionals to deliver actionable analytics that drive the business, particularly targeting the affluent customer segment. This role involves formulating data-driven strategies, designing and delivering data solutions to enhance revenue, and monitoring risk. The VP, Team Lead will also be at the forefront of leading and collaborating with regional teams to build and deploy Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for the investment business. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field, with a minimum of 12 years of hands-on data analytics experience in financial services or wealth management, including at least 3 years in a team leadership role. Proficiency in Python/PySpark, enterprise BI tools, and cloud computing platforms is essential, with experience in Qlik Sense and GCP being a plus. The role requires deep domain expertise in consumer investment products and advisory sales workflows, strong business acumen, and excellent stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will also have a good understanding of regulatory frameworks and be fluent in English and Cantonese.
