Vice President, Venture & Growth Investment

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Venture and Growth Investment. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating and executing private equity and real estate investment opportunities, with a focus on the US and Southeast Asia. This role involves building and maintaining detailed financial models, leading financial due diligence processes, and preparing investment papers for internal review. The Vice President will also be involved in deal structuring, negotiations, and monitoring the performance of portfolio companies and real estate assets. Applicants for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with additional qualifications such as CFA, CPA, or MBA being a plus. A solid background in private equity, real estate private equity, investment banking, or principal investing is essential, along with strong hands-on experience in financial due diligence, financial statement analysis, and valuation. The ideal candidate will possess advanced financial modeling skills, be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a willingness to work in a hands-on, entrepreneurial investment environment. The role requires the ability to work closely with various stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle and to conduct market, industry, and competitive research to identify new investment opportunities.
