President, Home Services

The Company is seeking a President / Operating Partner to lead its strategic growth from $3M to $6M+. This is not a typical management position; the successful candidate will have full P&L responsibility, lead a team of 30+ employees, and be empowered to make decisions that drive the business forward. The role involves sales leadership, setting and owning revenue targets, and driving growth in recurring maintenance plan enrollment. The President / Operating Partner will also be responsible for overseeing daily field operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and managing the full P&L. A key aspect of the role is to build and nurture a winning team culture, with a focus on accountability, respect, and the reward of high performance. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 4 years' of operations leadership experience in a relevant field service industry, with a proven track record of P&L management and sales leadership. Strong differentiators include experience as a branch manager or GM at a national home services company, experience in scaling a service business, and familiarity with field service software. The role requires a leader with a people-first approach, who is adept at developing and managing a team, and who is ready to take on the challenge of building and growing a business. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to partner with HR on all aspects of team management, and be prepared to take on the responsibility of a real stake in the company's success.
