The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in corporate finance, particularly in the areas of fundraising and financial management. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the company's financial strategy, funding activities, and overall financial health. This pivotal role involves leading the development and execution of comprehensive corporate finance strategies that align with business objectives, managing all aspects of fundraising, and maintaining strong relationships with financial partners. The CFO will also act as a trusted financial representative to major shareholders, providing transparent communication and supporting business growth through effective stakeholder management. To excel in this position, the CFO must have a Bachelor's degree in finance or a related field, with an MBA or advanced qualification being highly valued.
