Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to take on a senior role that integrates commercial finance, FP&A, and financial operations within the logistics sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a finance team of approximately 20 people, with a strong focus on FP&A and commercial finance activities such as forecasting, cash allocation, and financial analysis. This role also involves overseeing day-to-day finance operations, strengthening financial controls, and working closely with the Finance Director and business leaders to understand performance, manage cash, and support commercial decisions. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should have a background in logistics, transportation, or a related industry, with a preference for those who have experience in this sector. A strong understanding of cash flow, forecasting, and financial analysis is essential, as is a commercial mindset that allows for the connection of financial performance to business decisions.
