The Company is seeking a VP for its Corporate and Institutional Banking Operations. This senior leadership role is pivotal in overseeing all operational processes and control frameworks across multiple sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of control and operational support, while also fostering a motivated and progressive workforce. Key duties include developing a high-quality operation team, ensuring a culture of streamlining, quality, productivity, and risk awareness, and implementing strategies to manage operational and other risks effectively. The role also involves establishing and monitoring metrics for controls, productivity, and service levels, as well as leading process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce the risk profile. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a degree in finance, accounting, or related field, with a strong background in accounting principles and fundamentals. Basic knowledge of lending, syndication, and financial instruments is required, along with excellent leadership, management, and supervisory skills. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in team development, process management, and the ability to drive cost control measures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, with a focus on credit products in banking, and must be adept at building and maintaining relationships, as well as possessing strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
