Vice President, Non Financial Risk Assurance Greater Krakow, Poland Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Non-Financial Risk Assurance with a focus on Resilience Risk. The successful candidate will be a key Review Lead, providing independent and consistent assurance over resilience risks and controls across global businesses and functions. This role is pivotal in assessing the effectiveness of risk management activities, ensuring alignment with the company's risk management framework, industry standards, and regulatory expectations. The Vice President will lead high-quality assurance reviews, identify emerging risks, and contribute to the strengthening of the company's resilience. Applicants must have extensive knowledge of resilience risks and controls, with a strong background in assurance, risk testing, or a related control environment. A relevant external financial services qualification or professional accreditation is required, along with proven experience in leading assurance reviews and interpreting complex risk, control, and regulatory matters. The role demands excellent people-management, communication, and influencing skills, as well as the ability to engage with senior stakeholders. The Vice President will also be responsible for leading and developing a team of assurance professionals, managing resources, and supporting the delivery of the assurance plan.
