Head of Retail

The Company is seeking an experienced Head of Retail to provide strategic leadership and drive the retail business. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the overall retail business, including store operations, sales performance, customer experience, and retail expansion. This role requires the development and execution of retail strategies to achieve business growth and profitability, as well as the ability to drive sales, productivity, and key retail KPIs across the store network. The Head of Retail will also be tasked with overseeing store performance, ensuring consistent operational standards, and identifying opportunities for new store openings and market expansion. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' retail experience, with a strong background in leading a multi-store retail network. The role demands a professional with strong commercial and business acumen, a proven track record in driving sales and profitability, and experience in retail operations, preferably within the fashion or lifestyle sector. The Head of Retail will work closely with various functions to ensure strong commercial execution, and will be expected to lead, coach, and develop the retail leadership and store teams. Monitoring market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities, as well as taking full ownership of the retail P&L and overall business performance, are also key aspects of the position.
