Vice President, Strategy

The Company is in search of a Vice President, Strategy to join their Group Strategy & Transformation division. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving bank-wide transformation initiatives, with a focus on strategic planning, program governance, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include coordinating the end-to-end execution of multiple strategic initiatives, tracking deliverables, and supporting senior leadership in driving projects such as AI adoption, automation implementation, and process redesign. The role also involves facilitating communication between business and technology teams, driving program governance processes, and ensuring the efficient delivery of key projects.
