Head of Engineering

The Company is seeking a Head of Engineering to join their team. This key leadership role is pivotal in driving the engineering function across multiple manufacturing sites, with a focus on shaping engineering strategy, ensuring operational excellence, and supporting the business's growth and development. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the engineering function, including team leadership, budget management, strategic planning, and continuous improvement. They will work closely with operational colleagues to ensure that engineering capabilities align with business objectives in the areas of quality, cost, delivery, efficiency, and customer service. The ideal candidate for the Head of Engineering position at the company will have a proven track record in leading and developing engineering functions within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
