Managing Director

The Company is in search of an experienced Managing Director to lead its strategy, operations, and growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining, optimizing, and executing the overall business strategy in line with growth and profitability targets. This role involves taking full ownership of P&L, performance, and long-term business unit direction, as well as identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams. The Managing Director will also drive expansion across existing and new geographies, oversee performance marketing, and ensure a strong ROI across all channels. A key aspect of the role is to lead data-driven decision-making, align various teams to execute the strategy effectively, and build and mentor senior leadership and cross-functional teams. Applicants must have a proven track record as a Managing Director or in an equivalent senior leadership role for at least 5 years, with a demonstrable background in iGaming grey market industries. The role requires expertise in both marketing and operations leadership, experience in managing full P&L, and a history of scaling revenue-driven organizations. The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial mindset, the ability to balance growth and profitability, and a track record of operating in highly competitive, fast-paced environments.
