Vice President, Fund Finance Technology

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Fund Finance Technology to lead the development and management of a Financial Planning Platform. This role is pivotal in driving the platform's strategy, roadmap, and business outcomes, with a focus on forward-looking planning, scenario modeling, and decision support. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the platform vision, leading its adoption, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This is a hands-on position that requires direct engagement with users, data, and platform configuration. The VP will also be instrumental in identifying and implementing AI-enabled capabilities to enhance the platform's functionality and user experience. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 8 years' experience in product or technology leadership, particularly within a controlled enterprise environment. The role demands exceptional product leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to work with financial and operational models. Experience with SQL, Python, and modern data and analytics platforms is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a background in financial services, with a focus on asset management or alternative investments, and a proven track record of delivering AI-driven solutions. Success will be measured by the platform's impact on the organization's financial planning and decision-making processes, as well as the trust and partnership established with users and senior leadership.
