The successful candidate will be responsible for sustaining and growing operations in existing markets, as well as leading international expansion. This role demands a strategic leader who can strengthen the product portfolio, scale the B2C engine, and ensure commercial rigor. The CRO will inherit a commercial team of over 60 people and must be prepared to grow and evolve the organization to meet the demands of a €200M business. Key responsibilities include owning the local markets and product portfolio, scaling the B2C engine, and leading the revenue organization with a strong focus on international expansion. The ideal candidate for the CRO position at the company will have a proven track record of scaling a B2C business through a significant revenue increase, ideally in the range of €50M to €200M. They should be adept at identifying and implementing AI tools to enhance both internal processes and the customer experience. Experience in launching and managing commercial operations in new markets is essential, as is a strong background in both marketing and sales. The role requires a leader who is numerate, process-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity and speed. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must, and a background in proptech, fintech, or high-ticket B2C purchases is a plus. The CRO will be expected to be a key member of the Leadership Team, with a direct line to the CEO, and to take full accountability for the revenue number at the Board level.
