Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a unique blend of strong financial leadership, business acumen, and a genuine interest in technology, automation, and AI. The successful candidate will be responsible for the financial management, statutory reporting, compliance, and financing of the group. This key role involves being a strategic partner to the CEO, Board of Directors, and operating businesses, and leading an international team to turn financial data into insights that support the company's development and growth. The CFO will also be instrumental in driving the digitalization of finance through the implementation of smarter systems, automation, and AI to enhance efficiency in accounting, reporting, and financial analysis. To excel in this position, the CFO must have a university degree in a relevant field, solid experience in senior finance roles, and a proven track record of leading change within the finance function. Experience with statutory financial reporting and regulatory requirements in a listed company is essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong business-oriented and analytical mindset, the ability to provide high-quality decision support, and full professional proficiency in both Swedish and English. Additionally, the role requires experience in leading and developing teams, particularly in an international and remote setting, and the ability to foster a culture of engagement and collaboration across borders.
