Vice President, Business Solutions Engineering

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Business Solutions Engineering. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the software engineering and digital delivery functions to ensure that technology investments align with and support the company's business objectives. This role involves partnering with the CIO and business executives to define and execute technology strategies, translating business needs into technology roadmaps, and leading enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The VP will also be tasked with establishing engineering standards, driving the adoption of modern engineering capabilities, and ensuring that engineering teams balance innovation with operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in IT leadership, with a proven track record of delivering technological solutions that meet business priorities. Expertise in the Software Development Life Cycle, agile methodologies, and strong business acumen are essential. The role requires the ability to build cross-functional partnerships, strong accountability, and a focus on delivering results. The VP will also be involved in product management, portfolio and investment management, and will be expected to lead and develop high-performing teams.
