Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a Head of Operations to play a pivotal role in the succession plan of its German production sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and nurturing a corporate culture that prioritizes safety, quality, compliance, and continuous improvement. This leadership position demands a strategic and economic development focus, with a key role in implementing global and regional growth strategies from an operational standpoint. The Head of Operations will also be tasked with building and optimizing the organizational structure and processes, and leading the areas of manufacturing, supply chain, quality, customer service, and engineering. Applicants for the Head of Operations role at the company should have a strong educational background in technical or business studies, coupled with several years of senior leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the metal and/or plastics sector.
