Vice President, SSBI IT Transformation PMO & IT Material Change Control Teams Lead

The Company is seeking a Vice President to lead its IT Transformation PMO and IT Material Change Control teams. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with a strong background in IT transformation, portfolio management, IT risk and controls, compliance, and emerging technologies. This senior leadership role requires the ability to translate strategic direction into effective execution, transparent reporting, and strong governance. The VP will be responsible for maintaining an integrated view of transformation initiatives, driving portfolio planning, and strengthening portfolio management disciplines. They must also have exceptional stakeholder management skills, be comfortable in a complex, international environment, and be able to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority. Candidates for this role at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with an advanced degree being desirable. A minimum of 10 years' relevant experience, particularly within financial services or a highly regulated environment, is required. The role demands a leader who can operate both strategically and hands-on, and who is committed to transparency, accountability, and collaboration. Experience in the European Union and EMEA regulatory environment, as well as a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, and the EU AI Act, is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and maturing an IT PMO, and professional qualifications in areas such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, ITIL, or COBIT are advantageous.
