The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its newly built, 90-bed inpatient facility. The ideal candidate will be a mission-driven, strategic operator with a strong background in behavioral health or acute care hospital settings. The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of hospital operations, including ensuring high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and financial sustainability. This role demands a leader who can build and inspire a multidisciplinary team, foster a culture of accountability and service excellence, and collaborate with both regional and national behavioral health initiatives. The successful candidate will also be tasked with representing the hospital in the community, cultivating trust and partnerships with local stakeholders, and leading the development of a comprehensive continuum of care.
