General Counsel

The Company is seeking a General Counsel to join its mission of providing hospital-quality care to patients at home. The successful candidate will be the first in-house legal and regulatory leader, responsible for establishing and leading the legal function. This high-impact role involves direct oversight of multi-state healthcare regulatory strategy, commercial and payer contracting, and audit and risk mitigation. The General Counsel will also be instrumental in product and operational counsel, ensuring regulatory alignment in the development and launch of new service lines and software workflows. The ideal candidate will have a JD and active bar admission, with at least 10 years of legal experience, particularly in healthcare regulatory matters.
