Senior Corporate Counsel

The Company is seeking a Senior Corporate Counsel to join their legal team. The successful candidate will be a key legal partner to senior leadership, providing support on a wide range of commercial, corporate, litigation, and strategic business matters. This role involves leading the review, negotiation, and management of various commercial agreements, as well as advising on transactional and operational issues. The Senior Corporate Counsel will also be responsible for managing litigation, internal investigations, and employment-related disputes, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to provide practical, risk-based legal advice. Applicants must have a J.D. from an accredited law school, with at least 5 years' of legal experience, including a strong background in commercial contracting. The role requires the ability to independently support sophisticated business transactions and due diligence initiatives. Prior experience in the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is essential. The position offers the opportunity to contribute to the development and expansion of the legal department and may involve overseeing junior legal professionals as the team grows.
