Senior Vice President, Claims Strategy, Operations & Alternative Risk

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President for Claims Strategy, Operations, and Alternative Risk. This executive will be a key member of the Claims Leadership Team, responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision for the U.S. Claims organization. The role involves overseeing claims operations, strategy, third-party administrator management, and transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will be expected to work confidently with AI-enabled tools, apply sound judgment, and adapt to evolving technology. Key responsibilities include serving as a strategic advisor, leading enterprise transformation, and maintaining standard operating procedures. The SVP will also be involved in third-party claims management, leadership, and talent development, and will be expected to model the company's values in all aspects of leadership. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 15 years of progressive insurance industry experience with a focus on claims leadership. The role requires a proven track record in developing and executing enterprise claims strategies, managing large-scale business transformation, and leading claims digitization and automation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of claims operations, quality assurance, and performance management, as well as executive-level business acumen within property and casualty insurance.
