Vice President, Client Operations

The Company is in search of a Vice President for Client Operations, a role that is instrumental in the enhancement of investor relations and operational deliverables. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of investor reporting, ensuring its consistency and accuracy across the platform. This includes managing the onboarding process, coordinating with client services, and maintaining various investor-facing materials. The role also involves partnering with internal teams to address investor servicing, portal operations, and issue resolution, as well as managing cross-product deliverables and establishing content governance standards. The Vice President will be expected to identify and implement process improvements and support the development of client operations as a centralized function. Applicants should have approximately 5-8 years of experience in client operations, investor relations, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives. Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint are essential, as is a genuine interest in alternative asset management. The role requires a candidate who can work effectively with multiple teams, is detail-oriented, and can contribute to the design and execution of operational processes.
