Vice President of Client Finance

The Company is seeking a VP of Client Finance with a strong background in finance operations, particularly within service-centric organizations. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a management role leading high-performing teams. Key responsibilities for this role include overseeing and optimizing finance operations, mentoring and developing team members, and fostering strong partnerships across departments, particularly with Operations and Resource Management. The role also requires excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and stakeholders. While not mandatory, experience in marketing agencies and knowledge of digital marketing platforms, performance media, and proprietary analytics tools is considered a plus.
