Vice President of Finance

The Company is seeking a VP of Finance to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be a key member of the financial leadership, responsible for leading the FP&A team and partnering with key stakeholders to budget, forecast, and manage the business. This role is pivotal in the company's strategic evolution, particularly in the transition to a fashion service platform. The VP of Finance will also lead the enterprise planning and performance reporting process, drive operational excellence, and ensure business leader accountability. A seasoned finance leader with an entrepreneurial drive, strong leadership skills, and a proven ability to partner with various business leaders is essential. Applicants for the VP of Finance position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years' of experience in finance and strategic analysis, preferably within an e-commerce brand, apparel retail, or consumer products company. The role requires a candidate with a curious and hardworking nature, the ability to focus on details while understanding the larger context, and experience in leading and managing high-performing teams. The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in financial analysis and model building, with a strong understanding of the implications for decision-making.
