Vice President of Infrastructure

The Company is in search of a VP of Infrastructure with a hands-on approach to join their team. This high-impact role is ideal for a lead engineer who is adept at both backend systems work and end-user interaction, and who thrives in an autonomous, initiative-driven environment. The successful candidate will have significant ownership across identity, endpoint management, and cloud infrastructure, and will be a key player in the organization's transition to cloud-first tools. Responsibilities include systems engineering, infrastructure improvements, identity, access, and security administration, end-user support, and collaboration with a Managed Service Provider. The role demands a professional with a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Azure AD, and tenant administration, as well as experience in modern security frameworks and cloud infrastructure operations. Applicants for the VP of Infrastructure position at the company should possess a minimum of 8 years' experience in systems engineering or IT infrastructure roles, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and related technologies. Required skills include expertise in Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Intune management, and network infrastructure. Proficiency in scripting and experience with a Managed Service Provider are also essential.
