Vice President, Technology Investment Banking

The Company is in search of a Vice President for its Technology Investment Banking team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the execution of M&A and strategic advisory transactions, managing the day-to-day deal processes, and overseeing various financial and marketing activities related to the transactions. This role also involves serving as a key point of contact for clients, private equity sponsors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders, as well as mentoring and developing junior bankers. The ideal candidate should have 5-8+ years of investment banking experience, with a preference for those with a background in technology investment banking or strong sector-relevant M&A experience.
