Regional Executive Director

The Company is seeking a Regional Executive Director for the Southeast region. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the organization's mission to improve student outcomes, particularly for those impacted by poverty. The successful candidate will be responsible for the region's overall success, including growing the organization's impact through strategic partnerships, business development, and exceptional program delivery. Key responsibilities include leading the regional team, securing philanthropic and earned revenue, and ensuring the organization's presence and influence in the education and philanthropic communities. The role demands a leader with a strong commitment to educational equity, the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships, and a proven track record in fundraising and team leadership.
