Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Operating Officer to lead its Operations organization with a focus on building and maintaining a high-performing, scalable, and predictable operational flow. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end process, from customer order to final delivery, and must be adept at turning customer commitments into realistic capacity, procurement, production, and delivery plans. This role requires a leader who can bring together various operational areas, including order management, procurement, production, program office, and logistics, to ensure the company's growth is supported by strong control of quality, cost, working capital, and customer commitments. As the Chief Operating Officer, you will be expected to lead and develop the Operations team, create and implement effective operational processes, and continuously improve delivery predictability, efficiency, and quality. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of how different operational areas interact, experience in leading and developing people, and the ability to balance commercial and financial considerations. A background in supply chain, procurement, production, logistics, program management, or complex customer delivery is a plus, as is experience in a regulated environment.
