Executive Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking an Executive Vice President of Operations who is a decisive and direct leader with a strong focus on operational excellence and team accountability. The successful candidate will serve as the Integrator within the EOS framework, bridging the CEO's strategic vision and the execution of daily operations. Key responsibilities include owning and driving the company's vision, leading weekly meetings with the leadership team, and managing company-wide metrics. The role demands a leader who is energized by systems and technology, particularly in the context of automation and AI, and who can build a culture of accountability and traction. The EVP will also provide direct operational oversight of various teams, establish and maintain core processes, and lead the organization's technology adoption agenda. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of executive-level operational leadership, preferably in real estate development, construction, property management, or a related industry. Experience as an EOS Integrator or senior leader within an EOS/Traction-run organization is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, strong financial acumen, and the ability to manage multiple real estate asset classes. The role requires a resourceful, problem-solving individual who is an exceptional communicator and collaborator, with the ambition to grow into a Chief Operating Officer role. The EVP will be responsible for directly managing 4-6 department heads and must be prepared to stand up foundational people operations infrastructure in the absence of a dedicated HR function.
