Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its business through a strategic and operational growth phase. The successful candidate will be responsible for refining the company's strategy, enhancing execution, and establishing a strong commercial and operational foundation to support a more scalable enterprise. This role is pivotal in the company's evolution, with a focus on disciplined growth, and the potential for selective M&A activities. The ideal candidate for this position is a sales-oriented, hands-on general manager with a background in leading specialized manufacturing, industrial equipment, or technical-product businesses. Experience in direct and channel sales, key-account growth, pricing discipline, and geographic expansion, particularly in Canadian and U.S. markets, is highly relevant. The role demands an entrepreneurial executive who is adept at engaging with the business at all levels, from the shop floor to the boardroom, and who is motivated by the challenge of transforming a respected manufacturer into a more focused and scalable platform. The President and CEO will be expected to bring clarity, pace, and accountability to the organization, while also respecting the practical ingenuity that has been a hallmark of the company. A close, credible, and customer-focused approach is essential, as is the ability to lead the company through its next chapter of growth and expansion. The position requires a significant on-site presence, with a preference for candidates who are willing to relocate to Perth, Ontario, or who can demonstrate a reliable and substantial on-site commitment.
