Chief Data Officer (CDO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Data Officer (CDO) to lead its Data & AI function and drive the intelligence necessary for a scalable ad tech environment. The CDO will be responsible for restructuring the data department to support the company's growth, defining an AI roadmap, and ensuring a single source of truth for KPI definitions. This role is pivotal in the integration of AI, particularly in the areas of LLMs and Agentic AI, to automate yield optimization and internal processes. The successful candidate will also be tasked with data governance, compliance, and budget ownership, and must be able to represent the voice of data and AI to the board, investors, and external partners. Candidates for the CDO position at the company should have a strong technical background in ad tech or high-frequency environments, with a focus on real-time prediction challenges. Experience in scaling and optimizing data and ML infrastructure, particularly in bare metal and Kubernetes, is essential. The role requires a leader with a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and a deep understanding of AI, from model design to real-time inference. The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in a relevant field and be adept at advanced AI tooling. Leadership qualities, including the ability to lead from the front, and a mindset that values direct, transparent communication and a culture of problem-solving, are also key.
