Executive Director of Online Learning & Distance Education

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Online Learning and Distance Education to provide strategic leadership and champion high-quality, student-centered online education. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of a university-wide vision for online learning that aligns with the institution's mission and strategic priorities. This role involves building strong partnerships with academic and administrative leaders, guiding market-informed program development, and fostering innovation in online pedagogy and instructional design. The Executive Director will also be tasked with overseeing the expansion of the company's online and hybrid academic programs, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and establishing metrics to evaluate program quality and learner outcomes. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Master's degree (with a preference for a terminal degree) and significant leadership experience in online learning, digital education, or a related area within higher education.
